Can I cancel my order after I have made a purchase on the website?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium glassware selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at contact@dos-suenos.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. 

Each hand blown glass is wrapped in protective polyfoam and packaged using double corrugated cardboard. It's also p;laced securely into our packaging with dividers and fragile labels to reduce breakage. Occasionally, shipping companies treat our glassware with less care than we would like; if any of your glasses arrive damaged, please contact us with photos and we will be happy to send replacements.

What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal checkout.

What are your shipping options?

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

If an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact us within the first 30 days of receiving that item and we will send replacements. Be sure to include pictures of the damaged items in your email. contact@dos-suenos.com

Where do you ship from?

We ship products from our fulfillment centers in the United States. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX for most shipments.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

We offer wholesale pricing to restaurants, bars, hotels and other establishments. Note, at this time we do not offer wholesale accounts to online marketplace sellers. Visit our Wholesale Inquires page for more information.

Why are my glasses slightly different?

Because our glassware is artisan hand made, each glass may vary slightly in size, color, and design. This is part of what makes Mexican hand blown glassware so unique!
